Tap is an upbeat, fun, all-American favorite! It is excellent for rhythm as well as toning and strengthening the legs! Beginning Adult Tap teaches beginning patterns and rhythms and is perfect for dancers who are new to tap or have had tap as preschoolers. (Ages 6 and up). Int. Adult Tap is for dancers who have mastered the beginning programs and are ready for more complicated patterns, rhythms and choreography. Both broadway and “hoofing” old style of tap is used. (Ages 18 and up)
Dress code: comfortable clothes you can move in!

Ballet (1 hour class)
Experience Classical Ballet training for ages 18 and up to build confidence and ignite a new love for dance. You will be delighted to learn in an exciting way and where they will develop all the basics of ballet and movement with professional a loving staff members. Dress code: any color leotard, pink tights, pink leather or canvas ballet shoes, hair in a bun, OR comfortable clothes you can move in!
***Ballet is the most beneficial form of dance for the body placement and is the best foundation for all other dance forms. Students are not required to take ballet, however, it is highly recommended that any student wishing to improve technique and move on to advance classes have this essential instruction.
An exercise class for designed ages 18 and up to keep their bodies moving by learning a new skill. You will be delighted to learn in an exciting way and where you will develop flexibility and strength from your core to your arms and legs. Exercises with balls, therabands and mats are used with professional and loving staff members. Progressing Ballet Technique is also introduced to strengthen core and body. This class is specifically designed with adult bodies in mind.
Dress code: comfortable clothes you can move in! Balls are provided, but you need to bring your own mat and 6-9 foot theraband.
